Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, helps smooth skin and works as an antioxidant. It also binds other ingredients together and can work as a preservative to make the ingredients last longer.

Cetearyl Olivate, hypoallergenic, derived from olive oil, luxurious texture, absorbs well.

1,2-Hexanediol, a multi-functional ingredient.  A great emollient and humectant, which means it preserves hydration on the skin while also softening it. It also acts as a preservative.  Helps to hold moisture in the skin by pulling the moisture up from the deeper levels of the skin, as well as from the air, to help keep the top layers of your skin from drying out.

B3, helps to brighten skin, prevent signs of aging, it helps ease inflammation, which can help calm redness due to conditions like acne, rosacea and eczema, helps lock moisture in and keep pollutants or other potential irritants out, making skin more hydrated and less sensitive.

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, it deeply moisturizes the skin making it supple and soft. It forms a barrier on the surface that locks in moisture and protects the skin from harmful environmental stressors. Also has anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties that are beneficial for the skin.

Glyceryl Stearate, a naturally derived fatty acid that is used as a thickener and emollient. While the main function of glyceryl stearate is to improve the texture and sensory feel, it also helps to hydrate and protect the skin, giving your skin that dewy glow.

Panthenol, known as B5,  it has hydrating and moisturizing properties and is often used to treat skin conditions such as dermatitis, psoriasis, and eczema. Panthenol can also be used to improve the appearance of aging skin by reducing wrinkles and increasing elasticity.

Squalane, a moisturizing ingredient that comes from squalene, an oily substance that helps to lock moisture in, balance oil production, promote elasticity and protect the skin from external damage. Squalane also has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce redness and soothe the skin.

Stearic Acid, is a saturated fatty acid found naturally throughout many living organisms, including humans. Stearic acid is an emollient, emulsifier and texture enhancer. It helps lock in moisture and strengthens the skin’s natural moisture barrier while softening and moisturizing the skin’s surface. Stearic acid is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive and dry skin

Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil, used as an aroma.

Trehalose,  it is a hydrating ingredient, thanks to its water-binding properties, draws in moisture to maintain skin hydration.  It also forms a protective layer that stops cells from falling apart when they start to dehydrate and allows them to resume their shape as soon as they come into contact with water.

Ceramide NP, a naturally occurring lipid in the skin that helps maintain the skin barrier and keep it hydrated.  These lipids are crucial because they make up about 50% of the epidermis, which is the outer layer of skin.  As we age, the skin can’t replenish its natural ceramides as quickly as it did when young so this ingredient is crucial.  The are essentially the glue that holds the skin cells together to form a healthy skin barrier.  

Betaine, attracts and retains water in the skin cells making the skin hydrated, firm and smooth.

Adenosine, is a natural ingredient used for its anti-aging properties. Adenosine stimulates collagen at the dermis level and improves the structure of the skin when applied topically. It also helps to soothe skin and support wound healing. 

Allantoin, reduces irritation, anti inflammatory, hydrating and epithelizing which means it helps to grow new skin cells.

Beta-glucan, it is derived from various mushrooms, plants, algae, yeasts and oats. Beta-glucan can hydrate and moisturize the skin, reduce signs of aging, has anti-inflammatory properties and prevent UV damage. Beta-glucan can help fight viruses and pathogens that pass through the skin barrier for those with compromised skin barriers like eczema or dermatitis.

Arachidic Acid, is an omega-6 fatty acid.   Enhances the appearance of dry or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness.

Palmitic Acid, is a fatty acid that is present in the uppermost layer of skin, stratum corneum, where it forms part of the lipid barrier.  It can soften the skin and help it retain moisture by forming an oily, water-blocking layer that slows the loss of water through the skin. Palmitic acid can also improve dry and flaky skin as well as conditions like psoriasis and eczema

Oleic Acid, works as an excellent moisturizer, fights free radicals, has anti-inflammatory and healing properties.

Centella Asiatica Extract, moisturizing dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin, reduces inflammation and redness, slows signs of aging and provides antioxidants and protects the skin from sun damage.

Copper Tripeptide-1, made up of three amino acids (glycine, histidine and lysine) combined with the mineral copper.  Also known as a signaling peptide due to the way it sends reparative signals by targeting key proteins in skin’s extracellular matrix.  This tripeptide also provides antioxidant and skin-soothing benefits.

Acetyl hexapeptide 8, also known as Argireline, a synthetic peptide used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles caused by repeated facial expressions. It is designed to temporarily reduce the appearance of wrinkles by intercepting messages from the brain, thereby preventing muscle contractions, similar to botox. 

Oligopeptide-32, helps to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, volume and plumpness of the skin. Oligopeptides mimic the natural DNA structure and interfere with Cell Talk, a biological process which plays a role in aging.

Oligopeptide-29, a powerful peptide that promotes anti-aging effects on the skin. This interesting peptide contains the ability to stimulate the production of collagen. Designed to repair and rejuvenate the skin.

Palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, has been found to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture.  It is a pentapeptide, synethsized chain protein created by linking five amino acid peptides. This chain creates a response in the dermis of the skin that stimulates collagen and elastin fibroblasts, developing fibronectin and glycosaminoglycans.  Palmitoyl Pentapeptide 4 is a small molecule that penetrates the skin easily and is structurally similar to the precursor of collagen type I.  These pentapeptides can communicate with a cell and program it to do specific things, including repair work. It is also known as Matrixyl, which is a trademarked name for palmitoyl pentapeptide-4.  

Directions for Use: Apply a small amount to entire face, neck and decollete.  Recommended for use under the eye to replace an eye cream.  Use AM & PM.
